Messaging & Calls Terms

1. Program Overview
Daily Slim Down (operated by Daily Slim Down LLC) offers a text message (SMS) and automated phone call program to support your care. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the messaging consent box during account creation, you agree to receive recurring messages and calls from us related to your account and clinical care.
2. Types of Messages You May Receive
- Appointment reminders and scheduling notifications
- Prescription, refill, and shipment status updates
- Clinical messages from your assigned provider or care team
- Account, security, and identity-verification messages
- Billing and subscription notifications
- Educational and program updates related to your care plan
- Optional promotional messages about new programs or services (you may opt out of promotional messages at any time without affecting clinical messages required for your care)
3. Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies based on your care plan, appointments, prescription activity, and account events.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Daily Slim Down does not charge a fee for the messaging program itself.
4. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a single message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To re-enroll, sign up again as you did the first time, or reply START to any previous message.
5. How to Get Help (HELP)
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for support, email [email protected], or visit support.dailyslimdown.com.
6. Phone Calls (Voice)
By providing your phone number and consenting to this program, you also agree that Daily Slim Down, our care team, and our service providers may contact you by phone — including using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice — for the same purposes described in Section 2.
Consent to receive automated phone calls is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may withdraw consent for non-essential calls at any time by contacting [email protected]. Some clinical and account-security calls may still be necessary to provide care or protect your account.
7. Carriers Supported
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, Google Voice, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy & How We Handle Your Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our services (for example, our SMS and voice transport provider, Twilio, under a signed Business Associate Agreement) is permitted solely to deliver messages and calls on our behalf. All other categories of data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your use of this program is also governed by our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
9. HIPAA & Protected Health Information
SMS and standard voice calls are not encrypted end-to-end. We practice notification-first messaging: clinical messages will direct you to log in to the secure portal for any sensitive health information. By consenting to this program, you acknowledge the inherent privacy limitations of SMS and standard voice calls.
10. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Messaging & Calls Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification, and we will update the version number and effective date above. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance.
