Do you accept insurance?
We currently operate on a self-pay model with transparent monthly membership pricing. While we don't directly bill insurance, we can provide you with receipts and documentation to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
How does medication shipping work?
Once your provider prescribes medication, it will be shipped directly to your door from our partner pharmacy in temperature-controlled packaging. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days with tracking provided.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule appointments through your patient portal after completing onboarding. We offer flexible scheduling with same-day and next-day appointments available. Video visits typically last 15-30 minutes.
